I was looking forward to more stories from Mr. Reed but never could find them. I loved rereading about my Uncle Dale's Love for others, a true servant. I also love how he would engage in other cultures, including Native American,without judgement at all. He accepted that other cultures "knew" their way of the divine, the holy spirit, and believed in ONE God (making it impossible for anyone to worship "others" ... ).. he is so missed, his counsel, empathy, discernment, conversation, laughs, all of him. I try to imagine what he would say or do about the sadness on our southern borders,but I know he would follow the precepts of Jesus. Love thy neighbor, help the poor, feed strangers, and leave water in the hot desert for those risking their lives to try to find peace and help and real love. Pray for all of us,Uncle.
